Welcome to Sipdora Online. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website, learning platform, teacher services, course features, subscriptions, referral program, and related services.
By accessing or using Sipdora Online, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
1. About Sipdora Online
Sipdora Online is an online education platform that allows students to discover teachers, enroll in courses, access learning materials, and use related learning features. Teachers may use the platform to create profiles, publish courses, manage students, and offer educational services.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering or using the platform.
You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and account access secure. You must not share your login details with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
Sipdora Online may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse the platform, violate these Terms, or create security or legal risks.
3. Students
Students may use Sipdora Online to browse courses, enroll in learning programs, access lessons, complete quizzes or assignments, communicate where features are available, and track learning progress.
Students must use the platform respectfully and must not copy, distribute, resell, record, or misuse course materials unless clearly permitted by the teacher or Sipdora Online.
4. Teachers and Instructors
Teachers may register on Sipdora Online to create a public teacher profile, publish courses, manage students, and use available teaching tools.
Teachers are responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and ownership of the content they upload or publish, including course videos, documents, images, descriptions, assignments, and other learning materials.
Teachers must not upload content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, offensive, copied without permission, or violates the rights of another person or organization.
5. Teacher Plans, Limits, and Subscriptions
Teacher access may be subject to platform plans, course limits, student limits, storage limits, and subscription requirements.
If a teacher reaches the limit of their current plan, Sipdora Online may restrict publishing of additional courses or access to selected teacher features until the teacher upgrades or renews the required plan.
If a paid subscription fails, is cancelled, expires, or is not renewed, teacher access to certain publishing or management features may be limited. Existing student access may continue where allowed by the platform settings, but the teacher may be required to update payment details, reactivate the subscription, or upgrade the plan.
Sipdora Online may review, restrict, unpublish, archive, or remove excess or unpaid content according to platform rules.
6. Payments
Payments may be required for courses, subscriptions, teacher plans, or other services. Prices may be shown in Sri Lankan Rupees or another supported currency.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Sipdora Online does not intentionally store full card details on its own servers.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize applicable charges when purchasing courses, plans, or services.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility may depend on the type of purchase, course access, teacher policy, platform policy, payment provider rules, and applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, payments for digital courses, subscriptions, or services may be non-refundable once access has been granted or the service has started.

8. Course Content and Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, text, images, files, branding, designs, and platform content belong to their respective owners, including Sipdora Online, teachers, or content creators.
Users must not copy, download, share, resell, reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute any platform or course content without permission.
Teachers confirm that they have the necessary rights to upload and publish any content they provide to Sipdora Online.
9. Referral Program
Sipdora Online may offer a referral program that allows eligible users to invite teachers or other users to the platform.
Referral commission rates, earning duration, minimum withdrawal amount, eligibility rules, payout timing, and approval process may be set and changed by Sipdora Online.
Referral earnings may only be payable after the referred user meets the required conditions, such as purchasing and maintaining a paid teacher plan.
Sipdora Online may reject, delay, adjust, or cancel referral commissions if there is suspected fraud, abuse, self-referral, duplicate accounts, cancelled payments, refunded payments, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.
10. Withdrawals and Bank Details
Users who qualify for referral withdrawals may be asked to provide payment or bank details. You are responsible for ensuring that your withdrawal details are accurate.
Sipdora Online is not responsible for failed or delayed payments caused by incorrect bank details, payment provider issues, bank processing delays, or compliance checks.
Withdrawal requests may be reviewed and approved manually before payment is made.
11. Reviews, Comments, and Communication
Users may be able to submit reviews, comments, messages, or other content. You agree not to post abusive, false, defamatory, threatening, spam, illegal, or misleading content.
Sipdora Online may moderate, edit, hide, or remove user-submitted content if it violates these Terms or platform standards.
12. Prohibited Use
You must not use Sipdora Online to:
- Break any law or regulation
- Upload harmful, illegal, copied, or offensive content
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or mislead others
- Share login details or access accounts without permission
